    4. Users may not emulate, copy, modify, decompile, disassemble, any reverse engineering, or transfer licensed software or any subset of the licensed software. Any such unauthorized used shall result in immediate and automatic termination of this license and may result in criminal prosecution.
    5. In case of violation of the precedent conditions (3a-3d), the allowance lapses immediately and automatically.
